CFPB Takes Action to Address Townstone Financial’s Unlawful Redlining

Today, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) filed a proposed order to resolve its case against Townstone Financial for discriminatory lending practices and redlining African American neighborhoods in Chicago.
