LANSING – Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has issued a new consumer alert to notify small business owners about the new federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), which will impact millions of small businesses. These updates reinforce longstanding obligations requiring companies to preserve materials during the pendency of government investigations and litigation.
