The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released its schedule of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) evaluations to be conducted in the second and third quarters of 2025.

The opinion, which affirms the district court, calls into question the legality of not only the SAVE plan itself, but also existing income-contingent repayment (“ICR”) plans such as PAYE and REPAYE.
